Anyone and everyone can start a fruit diet; however, it is always advisable to check with your general physician or dietician whether you should go for it. As we are well aware, eating fruits is not just a way to lose weight, but also to remain fit and healthy. Fruits are low in calories, but have high fibre content, which drives successful weight loss in a healthy way. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Since we eat the same volume of food every day, irrespective of its calorie content, fruits are an ideal dietary meal.
